The current school will not transfer your record until they receive an Acceptance Letter from CalCC.

You will be asked to submit (or bring them in person) the following:

  2. Passport
  3. Visa

3rd Step

Submit the payment for the tuition and application fee as follow:

$100 for each dependent if applicable (non-refundable)

Tuition Fee: $895 for the first session

Payments can be made by cash, debit card, check or credit card. If you decide to use a credit card there is a $15 charge.

4th Step

All new students must take the Placement Test and attend our International Student Orientation on the date indicated in their Acceptance Letter or click here to see the Schedule for the Placement Test and Orientation.

First, a Placement Test is given to each student in order to measure general English language skills prior to starting training at CalCC.

This will allow us to place the student in the appropriate level of English.

After the Test, students must attend the Orientation where they will learn about academic and general policies, find out about the student services, and review important immigration requirements to stay in status with their student visa F-1 during the time they remain in the U.S.

After orientation is over, you will be assisted individually to complete your registration process. You need to be prepared to pay for your tuition and books. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, check or credit card (with a charge of $15 for credit card).
