Omer Uyuklu, Ph.D.
Executive Director
Omer Uyuklu has his B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey); M.S. in Educational Technology (San Jose State University), and Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology (Indiana University) with minor in International Education. He taught at San Jose State University, West Valley College, California Career College, and Phillips Junior College. He served in various committees at these institutions as a scholar and administrator.

Leman Uyuklu, M.A.
Puplicity Director/Instructional Designer
Leman Uyuklu has her B.A. in Business Management (Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey); M.A. in Instructional Technology (California State University, Los Angeles). She had post graduate study in Adult Education at Indiana University. She taught at various Community Colleges and works in the high-tech industry as contract webmaster and instructional designer.

Maria Esther Fraser
Director of Admissions
Maria Esther Fraser has her credentials in language teaching (Spanish-English) from Bogota, Colombia. She is also a bilingual Administrative Assistant. She worked with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the capacity of Executive Bilingual Secretary for many years in Colombia. She worked for Sperry Univac Minicomputers in the U.S. and in several U.S. Embassies around the world.
