International Student Application Form

To sign up, fill out the form below and call (408) 374-5066 to pay with credit card or with MoneyGram or Western Union. You can also send an International Money Order payable to: California College of Communications(this may take a little more time).

In addition to this form, you will need to have the following:

Financial Statement: Must be filled out by you or your sponsor to verify that you have the required funds funds available for your education.
Bank Statement: Letter on bank stationary verifying the availability of funds.(Min. @15,000/year) It must be in English and show the balance in US dollars.
Fees: US $200 non-refundable registration fee, US $200 SEVIS I-20 fee (non-refundable), and US $75 Express mail fee (optional).

(When we receive your application and the fees, you will receive your school documents in one week or less and it takes up to 1 month to have your interview in your country.)
